For this role you must have:
• Korean Nurse license holder or certificate holder who can be appointed as ‘Health Officer’ (IKEA will appoint this role as “Health Officer” to the ministry of employment and labor / Nurse license is highly preferable)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in the field of occupational health
• Knowledge or certificate related with Ergonomics, Occupational Health will be a plus
• Strong sense of integrity and high ethical standards

• '보건관리자'로 선임할 수 있는 대한민국 간호사 면허증 소지자 또는 관련 자격증 소지자 (채용 후 고용노동부에 "보건관리자"로 선임할 예정이며, 간호사 면허증 소지자는 우대합니다.)
• 직업 건강, 보건 분야에서 최소 1년 이상의 경력
• 인간공학, 산업보건과 관련된 지식, 자격증 우대
• 높은 청렴의식과 윤리적 기준

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

Leads execution of Co-Worker Relations country strategy by enhancing the safety, health and wellbeing of IKEA co-workers focusing on creating a modern, caring, healthy and safe working environment.

• Act as a main point of contact regarding work related ill-health and related sick leaves
• Develop and implement activities to prevent musculoskeletal disorder for co-workers
• Develop and coordinate co-worker’s wellbeing program in collaboration with Unit People and Culture
• Provide a First Aid to co-workers in case co-workers’ get injured or sick during shift if necessary
• Conduct health consultation for co-workers to follow up on the medical check results
• Facilitate occupational health and safety training for co-workers as necessary
• Manage MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) in use in the store and follow up required actions as required by relevant laws
• Attend and coordinate Safety and Health Committee and provide professional advice on occupational health
• Tracking status of various types of medical checks and make sure all people got checked (Special, General, Basic, tentative etc. as required by relevant law)
• Secure compliance with relevant IKEA and Country guidelines, rules and local regulations, acts and standards regarding Occupational Safety and Health

• 건강하고, 안전한 작업 환경 조성에 초점을 맞추어 IKEA 직원들의 안전, 건강 그리고 웰빙을 향상시킴으로써 노사 관계 전략의 실행을 이끌어갑니다.
• 업무와 관련된 질병 및 관련 병가에 대한 담당자의 역할을 합니다.
• 직원들을 위한 근골격계 질환 예방활동을 개발하고 실행합니다.
• 사업부의 피플앤컬쳐(인사) 팀과 협력하여 웰빙 프로그램을 개발하고 관리합니다.
• 직원이 다치거나 아플 경우 필요한 경우 응급처치를 시행합니다.
• 직원 건강상담을 통해 건강검진 결과에 대한 후속조치를 진행합니다.
• 필요한 경우 직원에 대한 산업 보건 및 안전 교육을 진행합니다.
• 매장에서 사용 중인 물질안전보건자료(MSDS) 관리 및 관련 법규에 따라 필요한 조치를 이행합니다.
• 안전보건위원회 참석 및 조정, 직업보건에 대한 전문적 조언을 제공합니다.
• 각종 건강검진 현황을 확인하고 대상 인원에 대해 확인합니다. (관련 법에서 요구하는 특수/일반/기본/임시 건강검진 등)
• 글로벌 및 이케아코리아의 지침, 규칙 및 대한민국의 산업안전보건에 관한 규정, 법률 및 기준이 잘 지켜질 수 있도록 합니다.

<자격요건>
산업안전보건법 시행령 제17조에 따른 안전관리자 자격 중 다음에 해당하는 자
① 산업안전지도사 자격을 가진 자
②「국가기술자격법」에 따른 산업안전산업기사 이상의 자격을 취득한 자
③「고등교육법」에 따른 4년제 대학 이상의 학교에서 산업안전 관련 학위를 취득한 사람 또는 이와 같은 수준 이상의 학력을 가진 자
④「고등교육법」에 따른 전문대학 또는 이와 같은 수준 이상의 학교에서 관련 학위를 취득한 자
<우대사항>
○ 해당 직무 관련 2년 이상 경력자

2. 보건관리자

1. 서류전형(1차 심사)
- 입사지원서 및 자기소개서를 바탕으로 서류 심사점수 합계 고득점자 순으로 선발
