[Responsibilities]
1) Ensure compliance condition of environmental health and safety requirements of local regulations/laws and J&J EHS and related statutory regulations
2) Support to EH&S manager for accomplishing company’s goals and objectives relative to environment, health and safety outcomes
3) Lead contractor/construction safety program during site decommissioning/decontamination project based on J&J standard and local requirement
4) Lead permit-to-work program to control hazards from unexpected works and tasks.
5) Leads EHS incident/accident investigations and ensures prevention measures are developed and monitored
6) Ensure corrective and preventive action (CAPA) are developed and well progress to close the issue/gaps
7) Identifies, facilitates and/or provides EH&S training needs and programs for all employee to ensure full compliance
8) Implement site emergency response plan including drills
9) Monitor good working status of pollution prevention devices and waste-water discharge system
10) Lead waste disposal process in the facility and update amount waste disposal through local government systems e.g. Albaro
11) Monitor local regulatory change and conduct impact assessment on the site
12) Monitor EHS risk and impact review for new/changed materials, equipment or process are conducting on time

[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or management, Occupational health and Safety engineering or management
- Prefers technical related fields with 1-3 years or more related EH&S experience in multinational manufacturing environment (신입~경력 3년 미만인자)
- Prefers Korean local environment, occupational/industrial safety & health certificate
- English communications skills (Listen, written and spoken)
- Possess strong leadership with good interpersonal and collaborations skills
- Strong compliance orientation, transparency
